Problem Statement
Bridging the gap between patients and healthcare providers through a centralized platform that simplifies appointment scheduling. The goal was to eliminate long queues and manual paperwork by fully digitizing medical records and bookings.
Technical Challenge
Orchestrating centralized data in real-time between the patient portal and admin dashboard. Required implementing a secure dual-authentication system featuring passwordless OTP for patients and a secret passkey for admins, all tightly integrated with automated notification pipelines.
Secure Passwordless Authentication
Delivering a secure and seamless passwordless login experience. Patients simply enter their contact details to receive an instant OTP code, while administrators use a dedicated entry path protected by a secret passkey.
Dynamic Appointment Scheduling
A highly intuitive scheduling interface. Patients can easily browse specialist doctors, view available consultation slots, and submit their medical concerns in one smooth, uninterrupted flow.
Admin Command Center
A command center for clinic staff to monitor and manage all scheduling activities. Admins can quickly review or update patient appointment requests, triggering automated notifications to keep patients instantly informed.
Seamless on Mobile
The interface dynamically scales and adapts to mobile screens, ensuring a frictionless user experience across all devices.
The Result
A modern, responsive, and secure digital healthcare platform. Janji Sehat successfully cut down patient registration bureaucracy while providing clinic staff with a powerful management tool to operate more efficiently.
Lessons Learned
Leveraging server-side data mutations significantly accelerated the backend development process and state management. Relying on headless UI components proved that I can build premium, accessible interfaces rapidly without sacrificing the overall design quality.
